This is second time I'm writing this post all over again as it got deleted the first time and this re-work sucks. Anyway I'm a big sucker for flee markets and the most amazing flee market of all times for me is Sarojini Nagar in New Delhi. When I first came to this market I was shocked with the variety of clothes this market offers and that too at such cheap prices. I know there are a lot of blogs about Sarojini Nagar but I still thought of posting my thoughts about this market. I can damage my bank balance every weekend here. Without wasting much time, lets just get into the what we should be aware of before going to this market.

Do's and Dont's for Sarojini Nagar Market

Wear something very comfortable before leaving coz you will spend your entire day exploring this market and you cant be tired man.

Carry a huge bag with you where you can put all your stuff and you don't have to carry polybags for every purchase.

Carry a water bottle and sunglasses with you and do not forget to put your sunscreen on.

Bargain Bargain and Bargain...you cant buy anything for more than Rs 200 or maximum Rs 400 if its winter clothes shopping.

Before buying clothes do a good x-ray else you will end up buying stuff with holes in it. There are a lot of defective pieces sold in Sarojini so you have to keep your eyes wide open.

Visit on Monday's if you wish to get super duper cheap stuff and yes it is open on Mondays as well. Infact you will get better stuff at more cheaper rates on Mondays.

So I have heard that Sarojini gets all the new stuff on Thursdays so if you visit this market on this day, you might get some fresh and new stuff

Below are few pictures from this market. Hope this post helped you if you havent been to this matket or about to go there for the first time.
